ANTI SPAM POLICY

This document informs you about the Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”) established by [Company name] (the “Company”) for internet marketing. If we find that you have violated the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, your membership will be revoked and any active account will be closed.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals who have access to the company email account, including but not limited to users, members, customers, employees, and independent contractors.

Definition

For the purpose of this policy, "spam" refers to any unsolicited electronic commercial messages. This includes any activity where you transmit email messages, either directly or indirectly, to any email address that has not requested or consented to such transmission.

Indirect transmission of spam may include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing email addresses to third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial messages

  • Using scripts, bots, or other automated means to generate and send unsolicited commercial messages

  • Disguising the origin of the message or using false or misleading header information to bypass spam filters

Spam Filtering

The company’s messaging system will scan all incoming messages for spam. If you believe that your message was incorrectly marked as spam, please inform the message recipient so they can try other means of communication.

Zero Tolerance

The company strictly and uncompromisingly prohibits spamming. Mass emailing of unsolicited messages, or sending any unsolicited emails for marketing our products, services, or programs is strictly prohibited.

Advertisements

Advertisements that are posted in message boards or chat rooms, which is specifically prohibited by their terms and conditions, shall also be considered as spamming activity.

Posting topics or advertisements that are not relevant to the specific subject matter of a newsgroup, in flagrant violation of the newsgroup's terms and conditions, or if such newsgroup does not explicitly allow such postings, shall be considered as spamming activity for the purpose of this policy.

Examples of irrelevant topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Promoting products, services, or websites unrelated to the newsgroup's designated topic

  • Posting job offerings in a newsgroup dedicated to discussing a specific hobby or interest

  • Advertising events or opportunities that do not align with the newsgroup's stated purpose or target audience

It is the responsibility of the poster to review and adhere to the specific rules and guidelines of each newsgroup before posting any advertisements or promotional content.

Reporting

If you have been spammed or have any suspicion of spamming, please contact us immediately by emailing [Email address] so that we can investigate the situation.

Violation

If you are found to have violated the terms and conditions of this policy, we reserve the right to end your participation in our program, including terminating your account.

Policy Updates

The Company has the right to modify and/or change this Policy as necessary.
