Marketing & Growth Executive (Influencer & Partnerships)

‍Own outreach, partnerships and creator activity to drive awareness and user acquisition. Support marketing and growth activations to drive user acquisition and organic visibility.

GitLaw is the AI legal companion built for business. We help founders and operators draft and review legal documents instantly, all in one simple workflow. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who enjoys execution and experimentation, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for growing Startups.

Role details. Remote and Freelance. c20 hours per week. Initial 3-month engagement, with scope to extend. 

What you’ll do

This role is focused on activating a defined growth strategy. You’ll run experiments and support key marketing and product initiatives that contribute directly to user acquisition and organic visibility. Your work will include:

• Activating the creator and influencer program: including shortlisting and meeting potential partners.
• Outreach and partnerships: running cold outreach and helping build community and partner relationships that support growth.
• Podcast opportunities: identifying relevant podcasts, reaching out, and booking appearances
• Content support: helping manage and repurpose content across channels to support organic reach
• Campaign support: supporting the build and execution of marketing and growth campaigns
• Working closely with marketing and product teams on experiments and initiatives as needed

What we’re looking for

You’re practical, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different growth initiatives with a high bar for quality. You likely:

• Are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Enjoy testing ideas, learning what works, and iterating quickly
• Are comfortable running outreach and following up consistently
• Can work independently and manage your own time
• Enjoy solving problems and working through ambiguity
• Are curious, proactive, and happy learning new tools, channels, and ways of working
