Your monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle — unused plan credits don't roll over. Top-up credits you purchase never expire; they sit in your account until you use them.

Your cycle begins on the day you first subscribed (or your organization's billing date) and repeats monthly. Example: if you subscribed on the 10th, your cycle runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next.

All members share one pool of credits, which resets on the organization's monthly billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle.

Your plan credits are used first each month. If you run out, top-up credits cover the rest — they don't expire, so anything you purchase stays in your account.

Yes. From the billing page or from the chat when you're close to your limit, you can top up by $25 or $50. Top-ups don't expire and are used after your monthly plan credits run out.

Downgrade or cancel: You keep your current credits until your cycle ends. After that, your new plan takes effect. Upgrade: New credits apply immediately. Top-up credits you've purchased are unaffected by plan changes.

Top-up credits are listed separately on the billing page. They're used automatically after your monthly plan credits run out — you don't need to switch anything on. If you cancel your plan, your top-up credits stay with you.
