Unused plan credits roll over for up to two months, and your plan balance is capped at three times the monthly grant — anything above the cap is dropped when the next grant lands. Top-up credits you purchase never expire; they sit in your account until you use them.

Your cycle begins on the day you first subscribed (or your organization's billing date) and repeats monthly. Example: if you subscribed on the 10th, your cycle runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next.

Each paid seat gets its own monthly credits on the organization's billing date, and the member on that seat spends their own — one member cannot use another's. Top-up credits the organization buys are shared by everyone on a paid seat. Unused seat credits roll over for up to two months.

Your plan credits are used first each month. If you run out, top-up credits cover the rest — they don't expire, so anything you purchase stays in your account.

Yes. From the billing page or from the chat when you're close to your limit, you can top up by $25, $50, or $100. Top-ups don't expire and are used after your monthly plan credits run out.

Downgrade: You keep your current credits until your cycle ends, then the new plan takes effect. Cancel: Your plan credits, including anything rolled over, are given up straight away — pause the plan instead if you want to keep them. Upgrade: New credits apply immediately. Top-up credits you've purchased are unaffected by plan changes.

Top-up credits are listed separately on the billing page. They're used automatically after your monthly plan credits run out — you don't need to switch anything on. If you cancel your plan, your top-up credits stay with you.
