Yes. Credits last until the end of your monthly billing cycle and reset at the start of the next one. Unused credits don't roll over.

Your cycle begins on the day you first subscribed (or your organization's billing date) and repeats monthly. Example: if you subscribed on the 10th, your cycle runs from the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next.

All members share one pool of credits, which resets on the organization's monthly billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle.

What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?

If you run out, you can upgrade to a higher tier for more credits. Otherwise, you'll need to wait until your next billing cycle for a fresh set.

Downgrade or cancel: You keep your current credits until your cycle ends. After that, your new plan takes effect. Upgrade: New credits apply immediately.
