CONTRACT DURATION

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Party shall be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this Contract, except in cases of negligence or breach.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Contract is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
