Partnership Formation

Upon dissolution, all debts shall be paid, and remaining assets distributed proportionally.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in [arbitration location].

Miscellaneous Provisions
