PLANNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client engages the Planner to provide the following wedding planning services:

The Planner shall seek written consent from the Client prior to entering into any contractual agreements, as well as before issuing deposits or invoices.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to remit the sum of [money] as compensation for the services provided by the Planner. The Planner shall furnish an invoice at the time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client holds the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. If the Client cancels [days] days prior to the event, a full refund will be granted. Should the Client cancel within [days] days of the event, no refund shall be issued. The Planner retains the prerogative to cancel this Agreement at any time. In case of Planner-initiated cancellation, an alternative Planner mutually agreed upon by the Parties shall be arranged. The Client will refund any funds previously disbursed to cover event expenses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Party shall be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, stemming from or related to this Agreement or its associated transactions, unless arising directly from one Party's negligence or breach. The Planner strives to secure reliable suppliers and service providers, yet shall not be accountable for their performance or products. The Planner's availability is exclusively assured for the date specified in this Agreement.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through ________________ [arbitration/mediation/negotiation] as per the laws of [country/state].
ATTORNEY'S FEES
In the event of litigation, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal expenses, including attorney's fees.
SEVERABILITY
