PLANNER DUTIES

The Client agrees to pay the Planner a total sum of for the services rendered. The Planner will provide an invoice upon payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client reserves the right to cancel this Contract at any time. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made days before the event commences. If the Client cancels less than days prior to the event, no refund will be issued. The Planner also reserves the right to cancel this Contract at any time. In the event of Planner's cancellation, a replacement planner agreed upon by the Client will be provided. The Planner will refund any funds previously received from the Client as a budget for the event or other purposes.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION ALTERNATIVES

The terms of this Contract prevail over any inconsistent course of performance or trade usage.
