Personal Training Contract
This Personal Training Contract outlines the terms and conditions between a personal trainer and a client for fitness services. PERSONAL TRAINING CONTRACT
This Personal Training Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and effective [effective date] (the “Effective Date”),

PAYMENTS
The Parties agree that the Client will purchase training sessions at a rate of per session.
The Client may choose to pay for each session individually or make a monthly payment in advance at a discounted rate of for all the training sessions.
CANCELLATION
The Client acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the Trainer at least 24 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the Client being charged the full rate for the cancelled/missed training session.
The Trainer also agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the Client at least 24 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation.
INDEMNITY
The Client agrees to hold the Trainer harmless in the event of any injuries or illnesses experienced during the training sessions.
WARRANTIES
The Parties acknowledge that the training program organized by the Trainer is designed solely for the benefit of the Client's health and wellness.
Furthermore, the Parties agree that while the Trainer does not guarantee specific results from the training sessions, they guarantee to exert their maximum effort during the training sessions.
TERM
This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of signing (the "Effective Date") and will continue until .
Upon the expiration of the Agreement term, it will not be automatically renewed for a new term.
TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:
Immediate termination in the event of a breach of this Agreement by either Party.
Termination by providing a written notice days prior to the desired termination date.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute or disagreement arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to (Arbitration/Mediation/Negotiation) (choose one) in accordance with the laws of [governing law].
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [GOVERNING LAW].
SEVERABILITY

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, inducements, and conditions, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. The express terms of this Agreement control and supersede any inconsistent course of performance or trade usage.
AMENDMENTS
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties. Such amendments shall become a part of this Agreement.
