About this template
What is this template?
This is a statutory filing under the Indian Trade Marks Act 1999 specifically for updating an address for service. It is not an application for a new trade mark or a transfer of ownership, but a purely administrative filing to update the contact record on the Register of Trade Marks. The form requires the specification of the mark number and the new Indian address.
When should you use it?
Use this form when you have an existing trade mark application or registration in India and need to change where the Registrar sends official mail. Use Form TM-M instead if you are requesting multiple types of amendments to the register simultaneously.
