Event Security Contract
[name of client] (hereafter “Client”) and [name of security company] (hereafter “Security Company”) hereby agree to the following:
The Security Company will provide security personnel for [event] at [location] on [date] from [time] to [time].
The Security Company will provide [number] employees to staff the event. [number] will be stationed at [entrances/exits], [number] will patrol [location(s)], and [number] will be available for assignment as needed.
The Client will provide a staff member or representative to direct and inform the Security Company’s employees so as to maximize safety and efficiency.
The Security Company is responsible for all training and licensing of employees, and for providing the aforementioned licenses for the Client to inspect.
The Security Company will use its best discretion in determining course of action should any incidents arise in the course of the event, including the involvement of the police if necessary. The Client agrees that no illegal or prohibitively dangerous activity will be allowed at the location during the event.
The Client will pay [amount] for [number of hours] hours of service. Any additional time required will be billed at [amount] per hour.
