INTERIOR DESIGN CONTRACT

This Interior Design Contract hereinafter referred to as the “Contract,” is being entered into on [EFFECTIVE DATE], by and between [SERVICE PROVIDER] hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and [CLIENT NAME] hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” referred to collectively as the “Parties," both of whom agree to be bound by this Contract.

Whereas, both Parties agree that the Provider is to provide interior designing services for the Client;

During several meetings and discussions, the parties agreed to certain aspects of the project as listed in this document.

The Parties have agreed to the mutual promises, initial premises, terms, conditions, representations, warranties, indemnities, covenants, and consensus contained in this Contract with the clear intention of legally binding themselves to it.

Scope of Services

The Provider shall, depending on project requirements, provide some or all the following services (“Services”) to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: Communication (email/phone calls, text, etc.) regarding the activities below are included as part of defined “services” payable by the client.

The Provider will work with the client to come up with a conceptual design that meets the client's design objectives and get the client's approval for all the design aspects.

The Provider will employ the proper computer applications and tools during the design conceptualisation process.

During the budgeting period, the Provider will decide on the project furnishings, materials, requirements, and cost of completion.

The Provider will establish a timeline for the interior design project's completion as well as other services related to interior design.

The Provider will perform the project at the address of [CLIENT ADDRESS], the (“Property”).

Proprietary Information

All of the Provider's creations are meant for design purposes only, the Provider will not offer any supplementary architectural and/or engineering services. Also, any documentation, records, notes, or other proprietary information revealed by one party to another will remain confidential and be the property of the Provider. Furthermore, all proprietary information will only be used for the purpose of finishing the project.

[SERVICE PROVIDER] will be responsible for the following:

As of the Effective Date written in this contract, the Provider will be in charge of the interior design service for the client until the project is completed.

The Provider is formed, organized, and duly existing as a fully incorporated company under [COUNTRY OR STATE] law.

The Provider and/or its authorised representatives are legally allowed to sign, deliver and carry out the terms of this Contract under its articles of incorporation, corporate bylaws and board resolution. The Provider has the full power and legal authority to fulfil the obligations under this Contract; to sign and finalise the necessary transactions to fulfil the said obligations. The Provider’s performance of its obligations under this Contract is not restricted or limited in any way that could affect the carrying out of the said obligations.
