Warranties
The Seller warrants that the motor vehicle is free of any liens and encumbrances and that the Seller is the legal owner of the motor vehicle. The Seller has the full right and authority to sell and deliver the motor vehicle and that the Seller will defend the title of the motor vehicle against any and all claims and demands.
Condition
The Buyer acknowledges that the motor vehicle is being sold "as is." Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and any implied condition of merchantability are expressly disclaimed by the Seller. Any express or implied warranties are expressly disclaimed by the Seller.
The Seller expressly disclaims any warranty as to the condition or working order of the motor vehicle.
Manufacturer's Warranty
The disclaimers of warranty made by the Seller in this Bill of Sale do not affect any warranties from the motor vehicle's manufacturer.
Liabilities
The Seller assumes no liability in connection with the sale or delivery of the motor vehicle, nor does the Seller authorise any other person to assume liability on its behalf.
Inspection
The Buyer accepts the motor vehicle in its current condition because the Buyer has either inspected it or was given the opportunity to inspect it but chose not to do so.
Governing Law
