The Company receiving references from former employers (one of which must be from your current employer) which it considers satisfactory. Please let me have the names and contact details of your referees when you accept the offer. We will not take up the references until you have accepted the offer.
You showing the Company your passport (which we will then copy and return to you). If you do not hold a British passport, the Company will need to see additional documents proving that you have permission to live and work in the UK. You should contact [hr contact] to find out which documents you will need to provide.
You returning a signed copy of the enclosed contract of employment.
