How to set up an agreement
In the section titled “Framework Terms”, input details about the Cloud Service Agreement you’re using. This Order Form is designed to work with the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement v2.
Review each variable on the Cover Page and fill in your details. Don’t forget to enter your company’s information in the signature block at the end.
