Step 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
I hereby grant [company/organization] unrestricted permission to edit, copy, display, and distribute any video footage featuring me for lawful purposes as described above. This authorization is universal and applies to all languages, formats, and media, both current and future. This consent remains in effect indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.
I waive any right to inspect or approve products featuring my likeness and acknowledge that I have either been compensated for this use or agree to these terms without compensation. I also forgo any right to royalties or other forms of compensation related to the use of the video.
I agree that all materials produced will be the exclusive property of [(company/organization] and will not be returned to me. I release [(company/organization] from any claims, liabilities, or demands and will hold them harmless from any actions brought by me, my heirs, or any third parties.
