Application to Cancel the Registration of a Registered User (Form TM-30) (India)

This document is a formal application used to request the cancellation of a registered user's entry for a trademark. It is used by the trademark proprietor or another registered user to notify the Registrar of the grounds for removing a specific user's registration.
