Approval and Adoption of Company Policies
IT IS RESOLVED THAT:
Approval of policies
The board hereby approves and adopts the following policies (together, the "Policies") in the form produced to the board:

Effective date
The Policies shall take effect from [policy effective date].
Implementation
Any director be authorised to take such steps as they consider necessary or desirable to implement the Policies within the Company, including communicating the Policies to relevant officers, employees and contractors.
Review and amendment
The Policies shall be kept under review by the board and may be amended, replaced or withdrawn from time to time by further resolution of the board, subject to any requirements of applicable law or the Company’s Articles.
Record keeping
Copies of the Policies as approved shall be retained with the Company’s statutory and corporate records.
