General Authority, statutory filing and records

Any director or the Company Secretary (where applicable) be authorised to:

file Form AD01 at Companies House and update the Company’s statutory registers and records; and

take all steps necessary to give effect to the change of registered office, including notifying relevant third parties of the change where appropriate.
