Other Changes

Entire Agreement

Severability
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Notification
All notifications relating to this Agreement should be delivered by either email or post, as agreed upon by the Parties.
Amendment Procedure
Any future changes to this Agreement or the addendum must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
Assignment
Neither party may assign their obligations or rights under this Agreement to a third party without the written consent of the other party.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and any other confidential information exchanged.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated under conditions as specified in the Original Agreement or by mutual written consent.
Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, and any other events or conditions that are beyond the reasonable control of the Parties.
Conflict Clause
In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Original Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.
Legal Advice
Each Party acknowledges that they had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Addendum.

By affixing their signatures below, the Parties hereby consent to the stipulations and conditions described in this Contract Addendum:
