Data Sharing Agreement
[name of data collector] [Hereafter “data collector”] and [name of recipient] [Hereafter “recipient”] hereby agree to the following:
The Data Collector hereby agrees to share with the Recipient the following information about participants/users [name of participant] [Hereafter “participant”] of [informational bracket]: [information and limited dataset agreed to by the participant] [Hereafter “the data”].
The Recipient agrees to pay the Data Collector [amount] for each completed Data report per Participant.
The Data Collector will provide the Recipient with a limited dataset (hereafter “Limited Dataset”) of each Participant that includes the following information: [information such as age, city, non-identifying details]. The Limited Dataset will not include identifying information, such as [name, full-facial photos, address, account number, etc.].
The Recipient, as well as their agents, representatives, and subcontractors, will abide by the following restrictions:
The Recipient will not contact the Participant for any reason. If a discovery is made using the Data or Limited Dataset that is pertinent to the Participant for a security, educational, financial, or medical reason, the Recipient will notify the Data Collector of the information.
The Recipient will not disclose the Data or Limited Dataset to any outside persons or organizations for any reason.
The Recipient will have reasonable safeguards in place to protect the Data and Limited Dataset from being stolen or accessed by outside persons or organizations.
The Recipient will notify the Data Collector if there is a security breach regarding the Data or Limited Dataset.
The Recipient’s use of the Data and the Limited Dataset is restricted to [usage].
