Florist Contract
[name of client] (hereafter “Client”) and [name of florist] (hereafter “Florist”) hereby agree to the following:
The Florist agrees to supply flowers for all decorations, accoutrements, and bouquets for [event] on [date]. The Florist will supply the flowers to [location] no later than [time] on [date 1], at which point the service will be considered fulfilled. The Client is responsible for all responsibilities after delivery.
The Client has requested the following floral arrangements: [arrangement, style, type, color].
The Client understands that some flowers are subject to seasonal availability, weather, and other acts of nature. If a certain flower or color cannot be accommodated, he/she agrees that the Florist will have the right to replace the requested flower with another type of flower on the associated color spectrum. Conversely, the Client has provided a list of alternatives: [alternative arrangements, styles, types, colors].
The Client will pay [amount] for products and [amount 1] for services rendered and delivery, along with a nonrefundable retainer of [amount 2]. If the contract is cancelled after [date 2], the retainer fee will not be returned.
The Client will further pay [amount 3] as a deposit for the [equipment] that comes with the flowers. If this equipment is not returned by [date 3], the deposit will not be returned.
In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the parties affix their signatures below:
