Graphic Design Agreement
[name of designer] (hereafter “Designer”) and [name of customer] (hereafter “Customer”), hereby agree to the following regarding [the design] (hereafter “the Design”):
The Designer will complete the Design using the following specifications: [specifications].
The Designer will complete the Design for [amount]. [amount] will be due before the Design begins and [amount] will be due upon completion.
The Designer will adhere to the following schedule once the Design begins on [date]:
Mockup choices ([number] options) presented to the Customer no later than [date]
First version of up to [number] designs presented to the Customer no later than [date]
Second version of up to [number] designs presented to the Customer no later than [date]
Final version presented to the Customer no later than [date]
The Customer will provide feedback after each stage of the schedule in writing. If the Designer has neglected or misinterpreted any written requests by the Customer in the final version, [he/she/they] will fix the final version for free. Otherwise, any additional changes after the final version is presented will be done at the discretion of the Designer and will cost [amount] per change.
If the Customer likes more than one design for the Design, [he/she/they] may purchase up to [number] additional designs for [amount] each.
The Design may be used for [personal/commercial] use, including [uses]. If the Customer wishes to use the Design for [selling merchandise, etc.], the Designer will receive [percentage/fee/etc.].
The final version will be provided in [format] in [size] at 300 DPI. The Customer may make the following adjustments and alterations when using the design: [alterations].
The Designer [may/may not] feature the Design on [his/her/their] website and portfolio.
The Designer [will/will not] receive stated credit wherever the Design is posted or displayed.
