Letter Before Action

This letter pertains to the debt you owe us amounting to [debt amount] containing invoice number [invoice number], and despite previous reminders, you failed to comply with the terms of our initial agreement. The amount was due for payment on [initial due date].

In case of failure to pay the above-stated due amount within [number of days] of the date of this letter, we will be compelled to initiate legal action against you without any warning. In furtherance of this action, we may also initiate insolvency proceedings. All the charges regarding court orders and other legal proceedings or any other amount related to this legal action shall also be paid in addition to the amount of the debt.

This letter is not only a requirement as per our initial agreement and the relevant governing laws but is also intended to offer you procedural fairness. It serves as a final opportunity for you to resolve this matter amicably, without resorting to legal escalation. You are required to respond to this letter within 14 days of its receipt.

We are waiting for your immediate payment of the outstanding amount. Enclosed herein are the copies of the initial agreement.
