Letter Before Action
This letter pertains to the debt you owe us amounting to [debt amount] containing invoice number [invoice number], and despite previous reminders, you failed to comply with the terms of our initial agreement. The amount was due for payment on [initial due date].
In case of failure to pay the above-stated due amount within [number of days] of the date of this letter, we will be compelled to initiate legal action against you without any warning.
