Request to Enter or Change an Address for Service in India (Form TM-50) (India)
This document is a formal request to the Indian Trade Marks Registry to add, change, or replace an official address for service in India. It is primarily used by registered trademark owners or users who do not have a principal place of business within the country to ensure they receive legal communications regarding their trademarks.
