INTERNSHIP CONTRACT

This Internship Contract Agreement [hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"] is made and effective [effective date],

INTERNSHIP POSITION

The Intern has been assigned to the position of [position]  in the[department] department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

During the internship period, the Intern shall be responsible for performing the following duties:

PAY AND COMPENSATION

The Parties acknowledge and agree that this internship is unpaid. The Intern will not receive any compensation or financial remuneration for the services rendered at the Company. Instead, the Intern acknowledges that the compensation for their duties and responsibilities under this Agreement will be in the form of knowledge, education, and experience gained.

WORKING HOURS

The Intern agrees to work from [working hours] to [working hours], Monday to Friday, with a [time of lunch] lunch break. The Intern further agrees to work an average of [worked hours] hours per week.

JOB LOCATION

The Parties agree that all work will be performed virtually or in person at [company address]. If a Hybrid schedule is agreed upon, the Intern must be present at said location 2-3 days a week, with the specific days being ________________.

TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall be effective from the date of signing [effective date] and will continue until [end date].

TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Immediate termination if the Intern breaches this Agreement.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice [days] days in advance. Upon termination, the Intern must promptly return all Company materials, products, or any other content within [days] days.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any materials provided during the internship, unless required by law. Unauthorized disclosure or use of such information beyond the scope of this Agreement is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the Company.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Intern acknowledges and agrees that any intellectual property provided by the Company during the internship will remain the exclusive property of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, and any other intellectual property rights associated with ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes, works of authorship, confidential information, or trade secrets.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Both Parties represent and warrant that as of the Effective Date, they have the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and fulfill their obligations herein. Furthermore, both Parties warrant that the execution of this Agreement does not violate the rights of any third party or any other agreement between the Parties and any other person, organization, business, or applicable laws and regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except in cases of intentional misconduct, fraud, or knowing violation of the law, neither the Company nor the Intern shall be individually liable for damages arising from third-party breaches of duty.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, reflecting the Parties' original intent.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ________________.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, inducements, and conditions, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. The terms of this Agreement control and prevail over any inconsistent course of performance or trade usage.
