Introduction
This Statement of Reply to the Defence to Counterclaim is submitted pursuant to Art. 15.5 of the LCIA Arbitration Rules (2020), in reply to the Statement of Defence to Counterclaim contained in the Claimant's Statement of Reply, within 28 days of the Respondent's receipt of that Statement of Reply.
This Reply addresses new matters raised in the Defence to Counterclaim, rather than re-arguing the Counterclaim in full.
This Statement of Reply to the Defence to Counterclaim is organised as follows: (I) Reply to the Defence to Counterclaim; (II) Relief Sought (Reaffirmed); (III) Annexure Schedule.
Save as the Tribunal may otherwise direct, this document is the last written statement to be filed in the arbitration, pursuant to Art. 15.6 of the LCIA Rules, and does not introduce new claims or defences outside the scope of the Counterclaim.

Mostly US and UK law. Some templates use general commercial terms that work across jurisdictions, and many note which law they're written for.
It depends on the situation. Templates work well for routine business agreements. For anything involving significant money, complex IP, employment, or areas you're unsure about, it's worth getting professional advice before you sign. GitLaw provides templates and tools, not legal advice.
Open any template in GitLaw and describe the change you want in the chat — 'make clause 4 mutual' or 'add a 30-day notice period', for example. GitLaw drafts the revised language and shows it as a suggested edit. You accept, reject, or keep editing from there.
