The GOV.UK Acknowledgement of Line of Junction Notice – New Wall Astride the Boundary allows an adjoining property owner to formally respond to a building owner’s proposal to construct a new wall astride a shared boundary under section 1(2) of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
