The role involves building chatbots leveraging modern LLM technologies.
Key responsibilities
Development
- Create chatbot applications using state-of-the-art LLM technologies.
- Build AI-assisted document editing features.
- Construct RAG pipelines.
- Work with custom ML models for NLP tasks.
Collaboration & best practices
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers in Agile environments.
- Produce clean, maintainable, documented code.
- Conduct code reviews with constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies.
Requirements
Technical skills
- TypeScript or Python proficiency.
- NLP fundamentals knowledge.
- Vector database experience.
- RAG pipeline development experience.
- Modern chatbot frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- NLP/LLM model fine-tuning or training.
- CI/CD, testing frameworks, and Git understanding.
Soft skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive learning mindset.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Education & experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and ML.
Nice to have
Custom NLP model training, open-source LLM experience, ML pipeline building, Google Cloud familiarity, Docker/Kubernetes knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and AI coding tools.
