Papercut: on entry to the web UI choose/upload buttons seem a conflict #36

Either upload should always be an additional step after selecting a document or documents (e.g. make the drag and drop area have/be the button to upload if you aren't using drag and drop) or both "+Choose" and the action of drag and drop should just upload the doc.

NB given the UI is about defining/testing searchers and doing single docs, maybe just an intro screen with an "choose file" button would be best.
