About this template

What is this template?

This is a statutory filing form used by the Indian Trade Marks Registry to modify the register by deleting a registered user. It is not a contract or a private agreement but a formal application to a government registrar. It specifically includes fields for the Proprietors Code Number and Agents Code Number.

When should you use it?

Use this form when a licensing arrangement has ended or a registered user has breached the terms of their registration and needs to be removed from the public record. Use Form TM-P instead for general changes to particulars that do not involve user cancellation.
