\ Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is entered into by [client name] ("Client") and [marketing agency name] ("Agency") on [effective date] to outline the terms, responsibilities, and expectations of the services provided by the Agency.

Purpose

The purpose of this SLA is to ensure that the necessary elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent, high-quality marketing services to the Client by the Agency. This agreement seeks to define clear expectations regarding the scope of work, performance metrics, and service availability.

Scope of Services

The Agency will provide the following services:

Digital marketing strategy development

Content creation and management

Social media management

Paid advertising (PPC, social media ads, etc.)

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Analytics and reporting

Campaign planning and execution

Additional or ad hoc services may be included upon mutual agreement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To measure the effectiveness of services, the following KPIs will be tracked and reported on regularly:

Response and Resolution Times

The Agency will adhere to the following response and resolution times for all client requests:

Major Issues (e.g., significant drop in ad performance): Acknowledgment within [4 hours], resolution within [24 hours].

Client Responsibilities

The Client is expected to:

Provide timely feedback and necessary materials (e.g., branding assets, login credentials).

Grant access to required platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Accounts).

Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy meetings.

Approve or reject content, strategies, and proposals within [Timeframe, e.g., 3 business days].

Agency Responsibilities

The Agency agrees to:

Provide the services listed under the scope of services.

Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.

Offer regular updates and reports on the progress of marketing activities.

Maintain communication with the Client through agreed channels, responding within the defined response times.

Reporting

The Agency will deliver reports on the performance of marketing efforts based on the agreed KPIs. The reporting frequency will be as follows:

Weekly performance summaries for critical campaigns.

Monthly comprehensive reports, including metrics for SEO, paid advertising, social media, and conversion tracking.

Service Reviews

The SLA will be reviewed quarterly or as needed to ensure the services provided meet the Client's needs and expectations. Modifications to the SLA can be made upon mutual agreement.

Penalties

If the Agency fails to meet the agreed performance metrics, response times, or service availability, the following penalties may apply:

Exclusions

Termination
