About this template

What is this template?

This is a statutory filing for the Indian Trade Marks Registry used to amend the register by removing associations between marks. It is not an application to register a new mark or to transfer ownership.

When should you use it?

Use this form when marks are no longer closely related enough to require association under Section 16, rather than using a Form TM-P for general amendments.
