ADDITIONAL TERMS
If the Photographer’s services exceed five hours, the Client will provide a meal. The Client will also share a brief of wedding expectations to aid the Photographer's preparation. The Photographer commits to capturing images of as many guests as feasible. However, interference from guests resulting in compromised photo quality will not be the Photographer's responsibility. The Client acknowledges that venue rules may limit the Photographer’s activities.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all photographs remains with the Photographer. However, the Photographer permits the Client to reproduce images for personal use. Any commercial use requires explicit consent from the Photographer.
CANCELLATION
If the Client cancels, all payments except the non-refundable deposit will be returned. If the Photographer cancels, the photographer will arrange a suitable replacement that the Client approves.
DISPUTE HANDLING
