Every GitLaw account — free or paid — gets access to the same core features: unlimited documents, AI-powered drafting, and AI-powered contract review. The difference between plans is how many AI credits you get each month.

Both plans include the same features. Pro Personal simply gives you more AI credits each month.
Organisation plans
Organisation credits are shared across your entire team — anyone in the organisation can use them.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are the currency that powers GitLaw's AI features — like drafting contracts and reviewing documents. Every time you use an AI feature, it costs a small amount of credits based on how much processing is required.
What affects the cost?
- Document length — longer contracts require more processing
- Amount of context — the more documents GitLaw compares or references, the more credits are used
- Number of revisions — GitLaw's AI agent runs through multiple cycles to produce a high-quality result (this is why it often takes 1–3 minutes to complete)
How much does it typically cost?
Most documents fall well within the standard range. Even at the higher end, this is a fraction of what you'd pay a lawyer for the same work.
How the credit pool works for organisations
On a Business plan, your AI credits are pooled at the organisation level. This means:
- All members draw from the same shared credit pool
- You don't need to allocate credits per person
- Any member can use AI features until the pool runs out
Need more credits?
If your organisation runs out of credits before the month resets, you can purchase additional credits through the Add Credits link in your organisation settings. Additional credits are added to your account within 24 hours.
