CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Cleaning Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and effective on [date of agreement],

AND: | [name of the client], with an address of [client address], hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.” |
RECITALS
Whereas, the Client seeks a cleaning expert and deems the qualifications of the Contractor fit for the service.
Whereas, the Contractor agrees to the terms and conditions of the Client and is willing to provide its services.
AGREEMENT
In Consideration of the terms and conditions set forth between the parties herein this Agreement, the receipt of which is duly acknowledged, the parties agree as follows;
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Client hires the Contractor for the following cleaning services: vacuum and mop floors, do dusting in all the rooms, clean windows, clean dishes, do laundry, clean bathroom, and any other related cleaning service which the Client directs.
SERVICE LOCATION
The cleaning services shall be delivered at [CLIENT ADDRESS].
SERVICE HOURS
The Clients services shall be carried out between [starting time of the day] and [ending time of the day].
SERVICE FREQUENCY
The Contractor shall provide these cleaning services every week between the time slots set in the Service Hours clause.
EQUIPMENT PROVISION
The Client shall be responsible for the provision of the cleaning equipment.
PAYMENT
The Client shall pay the Contractor an amount of [cleaning charge] for each week that the Contactor provides services. If the Contractor pays for any equipment from his or her own pocket, the Client shall reimburse the Contractor for the same amount.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Contractor shall perform the duties honestly and diligently, following the building codes and any other applicable laws for the time being. The Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out the work through licensed individuals.
DELAY IN WORK
The Contractor shall not be liable for delay in the work due to any unforeseen circumstance, like War, Government Regulations, and any Act of God.
AMENDMENTS
Any change to this Agreement shall be made by the parties mutually in writing and signed by both parties.
