COMPUTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Computer Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and effective [Effective Date] (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into

AND: | [Client Name], with an address of [Client Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, collectively referred to as the “Parties”. |
Recitals
WHEREAS, the Service Provider, possessing a comprehensive expertise in computer services, offers specialized services encompassing, but not limited to, system maintenance, software troubleshooting, and network administration;
WHEREAS, the Client, a business entity seeking to optimize its computer systems and maintain the integrity of its digital operations, has recognized the need for professional computer services to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security;
WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the services of the Service Provider to benefit from their knowledge and experience in the field of computer services;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the matters described herein and for mutual benefits, the Parties agree as follows:
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall become effective on the stipulated effective date and will continue indefinitely until terminated by either Party.
Either Party wishing to terminate this Agreement must provide one month's written notice to the other Party. Written notice may be delivered by email to the following addresses:

The notice shall be considered delivered upon the successful transmission of the email.
Scope of Services
The Service Provider shall provide the Client with the following computer services:

Payment shall be made within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Confidentiality
The Service Provider shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of services. "Confidential information" refers to any data, documents, materials, or knowledge provided by the Client to the Service Provider, or obtained by the Service Provider in the course of providing services, which is not publicly available or part of the general knowledge in the industry. This includes, but is not limited to, reports, intellectual property, business strategies, financial information, and customer data.
The confidentiality clause shall remain in effect for one year after the termination of this Agreement.
