This is the only Will and Testament, and there is no other Will or Testament.
The Will and Testament States that:
Through this Will and Testament, I direct that all my debts, taxes, and funeral-related expenses must be paid as soon as after my death.
I authorize [personal representative], resident of [personal representative address] as my personal representative, to take action and carry out the terms of this Will and Testament on my behalf after my death. In case of his absence, I authorize [second personal representative], resident of [second representative address], to carry out the actions.
My personal representative shall make all the payments from my estate.
My property, real or personal, shall be bequeathed among the following:
[name of the 1st beneficiary] resident of [1st beneficiary address] is bequeathed with [list 1st assets]

If any of the beneficiaries predeceased me, his or her share shall be transferred to the other beneficiaries.
In the case that any beneficiary of my property mentioned in this will contest the Will or any provision herein or attack the interest of the other beneficiary, that beneficiary's rights must be revoked.
The interest of any beneficiary in this Will or Testament is not transferable, assignable, or alienable. The interest herein cannot be passed on to their assignees or successors.
This Last Will shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. In case of a dispute regarding any term herein or the Will or Testament, [jurisdiction] shall have the jurisdiction to try and settle such dispute.
I direct my personal representative to exercise his discretion in the following circumstances:
To remain my personal representative for whatever time
Make any sale or investment out of my personal or real property
To grant lease under any terms and conditions the personal representative deems fit
Pay or settle any claim arising against my estate
Hire employees for the purpose of administration of the estate
To manage my estate in ways required by the law
The decisions made by my personal representative under his or her discretionary powers are final and binding on all the parties concerned in the matter unless there is willful default or gross negligence on the part of my personal representative.
