En sa qualité de [Président/Directeur Général] de la Société, le Cédant a réalisé ou conçu pour la Société, seul ou en collaboration avec d'autres personnes, un certain nombre de Créations protégées par des Droits de Propriété Intellectuelle (tels que ces termes sont définis ci-après).
Conformément à leur accord initial, les Parties ont entendu conclure le présent contrat (le « Contrat ») en vue de formaliser la cession au profit de la Société de l'ensemble des Droits de Propriété Intellectuelle susceptibles d'être attachés aux Créations réalisées par le Cédant dans le cadre de ses fonctions sociales et des activités développées au profit de la Société.
