This document is a template for a letter a consumer can send to a trader after receiving unsolicited goods or services. It clearly states that the items were not ordered and informs the trader that the consumer will make the goods available for collection at the trader's expense. After a specified period, the consumer will treat the goods as their own if not collected.

On 14 January 2022 I received from you:
A large ceramic plant pot 24" diameter
I would like to make it clear to you that I did not order these goods and they are therefore unsolicited.
I will make the goods available for you to collect at your expense in the next 14 days, but after this time I will treat the goods as my own.
Please contact me to arrange collection.
