Rental Contract
[name of company], henceforth known as “Company,” and [name of renter], henceforth known as “Renter,” agree on this [date] day of [month], [year] to the following provisions regarding [type of rental], henceforth known as “Rental.”
Company will provide Renter with [description of the product]
The term of this rental shall be [length of time].
Renter may request an extension of the rental term [in person, on the phone, via email, etc.], as long as the request is made [24 hours, a week, etc.] prior to the end of the original term.
The Renter will incur charges of [amount in dollars] for every [day, week, month, etc.] of the Rental.
Renter will provide Company with a [refundable/non-refundable] deposit of [amount in dollars].
Failure to return the Rental on time will result in charges of [amount] every [hour, day, month, etc.].
Renter agrees to return Rental in working condition and without damage, or be subject to additional fees of [amount].
Substantial damage to Rental will result in Renter being required to pay the full purchase price of the Rental, which is [amount].
Company is not responsible for any damage (to persons or property) caused by use of the Rental.
