Right to represent agreement
This Right to Represent Agreement establishes a formal relationship between a recruiter and a client seeking employment. The client grants the recruiter exclusive rights to represent them for job placement within a specified timeframe. Both parties agree to specific conditions regarding the job search process, compensation, and exclusivity.
RIGHT TO REPRESENT AGREEMENT
This agreement is hereby made between [recruiter] from [company] (hereafter referred to as “Recruiter”), and [client] (hereafter referred to as “Client”). This agreement is created for the purpose of obtaining [full-time, part-time, contract] work for the Client within the next [timeframe].
By signing this agreement, the Client gives the Recruiter the sole right to represent the Client for job placement purposes from [date] until midnight on [date].
The Recruiter agrees to the following conditions:
To represent the Client to the best of [his/her] abilities in order to identify and obtain a position of employment for the Client that suits the Client’s skills and qualifications.
The Recruiter will accept [amount] of the Client’s income provided on the [form].
The Recruiter will represent the Client through solicitation, screenings, resume dispersal, and job targeting.
The Client agrees to the following conditions
To allow all inquiries, solicitations, interviews, and meetings with an employer to go through the Recruiter first, and to not pursue any employment leads elsewhere during the allotted timeframe.
Not to make inquiries, contact, or accept a position from a client of the Recruiter within [amount of time] after the termination date listed above.
Not to grant the right of representation to any other party, person, or company during the timeframe provided.
To undergo a background check and drug testing if it is required for a potential job.
