SUBLEASE AGREEMENT
This Sublease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") was made and becomes effective on [efective date] (the “Effective Date”),

PAYMENT AND COSTS
The monthly rent to be paid is ________________. It is to be paid before the first day of every month, so that the first rent payment is due on ________________. The method of payment preferred by both parties is ________________.
LATE PAYMENT
In the event that any rent payment is not made by the 5th day after the due date, the Subtenant shall pay to the Sublessor a late fee of ________________. This late fee is in addition to any other rights and remedies available to the Sublessor under this Agreement or by law.
UTILITIES
The Subtenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities or other charges associated with the Premises.
DEPOSIT
Prior to taking occupancy of the premises, the Subtenant shall pay the Sublessor a security deposit in the amount of ________________. The security deposit shall be held by the Sublessor to cover any damages to the premises or breach of the terms of this Agreement. It shall be returned to the Subtenant within ________________ days after the termination of this Agreement, less any deductions for damages or outstanding rent.
INSURANCE

TERMINATION

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
