About this template
What is this template?
This document is a consignment retail contract that splits financial responsibilities between a stock owner and a showroom manager. It specifically allocates the cost of interior decoration to the supplier while requiring the operator to pay for building maintenance and local property taxes. It is not a simple lease agreement because the operator is paid a commission rather than paying rent.
When should you use it?
Use this when a brand owner wants to open a dedicated outlet without taking on the lease or day-to-day staffing directly. Use a standard Commercial Lease instead if the occupant is paying a fixed monthly sum for space and manages their own inventory risk.

It depends on the situation. Templates work well for routine business agreements. For anything involving significant money, complex IP, employment, or areas you're unsure about, it's worth getting professional advice before you sign. GitLaw provides templates and tools, not legal advice.
