About this template
What is this template?
This is a tripartite agreement between a lender, a borrower, and a pledger for a secured inter-corporate loan. It contains specific provisions for maintaining a percentage margin on the value of pledged shares and mandates the execution of a Demand Promissory Note. It is not an unsecured revolving credit facility.
When should you use it?
Use this document when a company provides a loan to another company and requires listed equity shares from a third-party affiliate as security. Use a standard Loan Agreement if no third-party pledge is involved or a Mortgage Deed if the security is real property.

It depends on the situation. Templates work well for routine business agreements. For anything involving significant money, complex IP, employment, or areas you're unsure about, it's worth getting professional advice before you sign. GitLaw provides templates and tools, not legal advice.
