Event Transportation Contract

The Transportation Company will be responsible for all vehicles operating in good working order and being fully fueled before transportation is necessary. For shuttle services, the vehicles will operate every [amount of time] between the two locations.
The Client will pay [amount] for services rendered during the required period of time. Any further required services will be charged at [amount 1] per hour.
The Client will be charged a [amount 2] security deposit before the event. Any vehicular damage repair or cleaning requirements that extend beyond normal usage will be taken from the deposit.
