Intellectual Property Declaration
[I], [Name], [position] of [Company name] (the “Company”), hereby declare and confirm as follows:
All intellectual property rights - including copyrights, photo rights, patent rights, design rights and trademark rights - in creations of any kind, such as copy, computer software, trade signs, know-how, domain names or marketing principles, etc., which have been created or developed at any time as part of ownership or which are the result of our assignment at our time for the Company, belongs fully and solely to the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies also for creation and developments made before the signing of this declaration. If the Company should at any time decide to formally register any such rights, [I] will loyally assist with any necessary steps and actions in order to secure the full formally ownership of and registration to the Company.
The Company is fully entitled to exercise and exploit said rights without any restrictions and the Company is fully entitled to make use, develop and change said rights and creations. The Company is fully entitled to reassign the rights and creations to any third party. The right of the Company to utilize said rights is irrevocably and unrestricted and shall not lapse at the end of our ownership.
