PERMISSION TO USE LYRICS
This agreement is hereby made between [name of licensor] and [name of licensee] regarding the reprint of musical lyrics:
In that the Licensor has the full and legal rights over [song], and that the Licensee is seeking non-exclusive rights for reprint, the Licensee is hereby granted permission to reuse the following music/lyrics:
[all the lyrics that are to be used] from [song title], [album], [musician], [date], [producer].
The Licensee agrees to use the lyrics solely within the following written work: [title], [author], [projected publishing date}, {publisher]. The Licensee may not use the lyrics as the title of the work or for any advertising or promotional purposes of the written work.
The permission for reuse is for [number] printed copies of the written work. Should subsequent reprinting be desired, this contract shall be amended by both parties, in writing.
