TERMINATION
Termination of this Agreement may occur under the following circumstances:
Immediate termination if either party breaches the terms of this Agreement.
Termination may occur by providing written notice to the other party [termination notice duration] days prior to the desired termination date.
Upon termination of this Agreement, the Employee shall promptly return all materials, products, or any other content belonging to the Employer, within [number of days to return materials following termination] days from the termination date, or at the earliest convenience.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Employee is required to maintain the confidentiality of all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any materials provided during the term of the Agreement, unless disclosure is legally mandated.
Unauthorized disclosure or use of such information beyond the scope of this Agreement or without the prior consent of the Employer is strictly prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Employee acknowledges that any intellectual property provided by the Employer shall remain the exclusive property of the Employer. This includes copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes, works of authorship, confidential information, or trade secrets.
