Sales Agreement

The Seller hereby agrees to sell, transport and deliver the following goods to the Buyer: [items, quantity, price per unit]. Shipping will be billed at [amount]. The total amount will be [total number of goods] for [total price].
The Seller confirms that the goods are of market quality and/or of the quality/description advertised. The Buyer [will/will not] inspect the items before purchase.
The Seller guarantees that[he/she] is the current and rightful owner of the goods; that the goods are free of debts, loans, liens or claims against them; and that the sale does not violate any patents, trademarks, laws or binding agreements.
The Buyer will pay the total in [a lump sum/installments of $x per month].
The Seller will deliver the goods to [address] no later than [date]. The Buyer [will/will not] sign for the receipt of the goods.
Liability for the goods will transfer to the Buyer upon [shipment/receipt/signing/etc.].
Upon [shipment/receipt/signing], the transaction will be considered complete, and the Seller will not be held responsible for maintenance, repair, refurbishing or reselling of the goods.
Any changes to this contract must be done so in writing and signed by both parties.
In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the parties affix their signatures below:
