Both parties hereby agree to a short-term marketing contract wherein the Agent agrees to the following:

To promote this campaign on [social marketing sites]

To release all rights to any logo, slogan, ad, images, or design used in the ad campaign to the Company upon completion of the project, to be used again at their discretion.
